- Supply Chain Mastery: Manage the logistics of raw materials and finished goods, ensuring "Just-In-Time" delivery into and out of the Qatar hub.
- Quality Guard: Uphold the technical specifications for various knit gauges and fabrications, ensuring every piece meets our "Spring Standard."
- Data-Driven Oversight: Utilize ERP systems to track inventory levels, shipment status, and production yields.
- Global Liaison: Act as the central point of contact for overseas suppliers, freight forwarders, and our corporate headquarters.
The Material (Requirements)
- Industry Expertise: 3–5 years of experience in apparel operations, specifically within knitwear or garment manufacturing.
- Technical Knowledge: A solid understanding of knitting processes (circular or flat-knit), yarn types, and garment construction.
- Strategic Location: Based in Doha, with a deep understanding of GCC customs regulations and free zone logistics.
- Software Fluency: Mastery of Excel (vlookups and pivots are your best friends) and experience with global ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Agility: The ability to pivot quickly in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
The Perks
- Iconic Workspace: Work from the 16th floor of The Pearl Tower, offering world-class views and a prestigious business address.
- Global Impact: Play a pivotal role in a company that supplies some of the world’s largest fashion retailers.
- Tax-Free Advantage: Competitive salary package with the financial benefits of being based in Qatar.
- Growth Opportunity: Be part of a growing regional team with the potential to scale into senior operational leadership.
