Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources and staffing operations. This role will manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and workforce allocation to ensure smooth operations across both office and production environments. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and fluency in both English and Korean.

Your duties will include:

  • Develop recruitment plans and post job openings on various platforms
  • Review applications, conduct interviews, and manage final hiring decisions
  • Organize and facilitate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires
  • Plan and adjust staffing allocations to meet operational and production needs
  • Manage employee placement for production sites and coordinate staffing levels
  • Maintain employment contracts, personnel files, and HR databases
  • Conduct background checks, drug screenings, and E-Verify processes
  • Monitor employee attendance and absence rates; develop and implement strategies to improve attendance
  • Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and foster a positive work environment
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, workplace regulations, and company policies
  • Verify daily and weekly timesheets for accuracy and process payroll accordingly
  • Prepare HR-related reports and present them to senior management
  • Assist in developing, improving, and implementing HR policies and procedures

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Preferred)
  • Must be proficient in Excel and advanced in Microsoft Office and computer
  • 3-10 years of experience in HR and/or operations management
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for engaging with employees and resolving conflicts
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in staffing operations and employee management is a plus
  • Commitment to follow through with a sense of urgency
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Fluency in both English and Korean.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
