1. Comprehensive Technical and Project Management: Responsible for the technical management throughout the equipment lifecycle, including drafting technical requirements, overseeing quality during construction, and managing system handover and acceptance testing.
2. Oversight of Operations, Maintenance & IFM Coordination: Develop and implement overall equipment maintenance plans, SOPs, and standards. Supervise daily operations, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. Act as the primary point of contact for managing communication and coordination with the Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) company regarding all equipment-related services.
3. Technical Documentation, Training & Compliance: Responsible for reviewing technical schemes, drawing approval, and technical archiving. Conduct and participate in internal/external skill training programs. Organize and oversee operational training and assessment for equipment personnel.
4. Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Drive technological innovation and process optimization to execute cost-control, energy-saving, and consumption-reduction projects.
