  • Assist in Managing and optimizing resources under his supervision (3 KYC Officers)
  • Requesting modifications/developments to the workflow to ease process and assure quality
  • Daily Monitoring for Team / Branches productivity for the KYC
  • Coordinate between all stake holders to ensure implementing the set KYC Action Plan
  • On Monthly basis work on the KYC Quota received by compliance to be sent for the related parties
  • Handles any inquiries related to the KYC Actions
  • Obtain approvals & arrange with Marketing dept. & Digital banking to send SMS to clients as planed
  • Coordinate with CIOC & Operations Analysis and Controls dept. to ensure implementing required actions
  • Obtain the required approvals to implement the agreed action plan

Review & Authorize the KYC applications in CRM work flow from the KYC officers.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor University degree and Min 4 years of relevant banking experience in a customer service function
  • Solid knowledge of services & operations with more focus on KYC
  • Has very good English language
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Computer Skills, ability to operate different applications e.g. MS Excel, Power Point, CBS, I-Flex, etc…
  • Training and coaching skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated and team player
  • Ability to stand on team weaknesses & rectify if any
  • Time Management
  • Presentation skills
  • Basic Managerial Skills
