L1 / L2 Support – CCTV & Access Points installation & configuration
We are seeking a L1 / L2 Support Engineer with hands-on experience in CCTV systems and wireless access points. The candidate will be responsible for installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and technical support for security and networking systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L1 & L2 technical support for CCTV and wireless access points
- Install, configure, and maintain IP & Analog CCTV systems
- Configure and troubleshoot DVRs, NVRs, IP cameras, and storage devices
- Install, configure, and support Wi-Fi Access Points
- Perform basic to intermediate network configuration (IP addressing, VLANs, PoE)
- Troubleshoot connectivity, camera offline, and performance issues
- Perform cable pulling, termination, and testing (CAT6, Fiber – if applicable)
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams for issue resolution
- Prepare service reports, documentation, and incident logs
- Follow site safety rules and company procedures
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in CCTV & Access Point support
- Strong knowledge of IP cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and Wi-Fi APs
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (LAN, WAN, IP, VLAN)
- Experience with PoE switches and network troubleshooting
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Ability to work on-site and handle support calls
- Driving license is an advantage
