Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated L2 / L3 Techno-Functional SME to provide support for our Tax Revenue application suite deployed on Microsoft Azure. This role demands a proactive support specialist who can efficiently troubleshoot, document, and facilitate the resolution of issues within a complex application environment built on SAP HANA 1809 and Tax associated technologies.

Arabic: Mother Tongue, highly proficient in English

Minimum 5 years in SAP HANA, SAP Tax modules, and cloud environments.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Certifications in Microsoft Azure and SAP are highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the point of contact for users experiencing issues with the Tax Revenue applications and related services.
  • Record, track, and document the service desk request problem-solving process, including all successful and unsuccessful decisions made, and actions taken through to final resolution.
  • Apply diagnostic utilities to aid in troubleshooting. Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
  • Prioritize and schedule problems. Escalate problems (when required) to the appropriately experienced technician or team.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation of application support processes, FAQs, and user guides.
  • Contribute to ensuring high availability and performance of the applications, including SAP-based modules like TRM/PSCD/FI/PIPO/ABAP/Webdynpro/BRF+/BW/SAC/FIORI(MCF)/BASIS/Security/Solman.
  • Coordinate with the application support team for patch management, updates, and incident management.
  • Assist in creating training materials and application notes for end-users and internal staff.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Understanding of IT support principles with a minimum of 5 years of technical and functional support experience.
  • Familiarity with cloud services, particularly Microsoft Azure, and understanding of cloud service management and operations.
  • Deep Knowledge of SAP HANA 1809 and related modules: TRM, PSCD, FI, PIPO, ABAP, Webdynpro, BRF+, BW, SAC, FIORI (MCF), BASIS, Security, and Solution Manager.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to assess a situation and determine tactical steps forward.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to document processes and prepare instructional guides.
  • Capability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Customer service orientation with a patient and empathetic approach to user issues.
  • Preferred: SAP certification(s) relevant to the application support and a professional certification in Microsoft Azure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR15,000.00 - QAR18,000.00 per month
