L3 Security Operation Engineer

🚨 We’re Hiring L3 support Engineers in Cairo! 🚨

Do you have deep expertise in infrastructure or security operations and love solving complex challenges? This is your chance to join a high-impact team supporting a major client in the Energy sector.

📍 Location: Cairo

👨 💻 Team Model: Dedicated support for a single enterprise customer

💼 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Tackle high-level incidents and complex change requests
• Guide and mentor L2 engineers
• Optimize performance and ensure infrastructure stability
• Own and evolve our technical documentation and SOPs
• Drive continuous improvement and cross-team collaboration
• Participate in new project deployments

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• 4–6 years in security ops or infra support
• Bachelor's or Master's in Cybersecurity, Network Engineering, Information Technology or similar
• Strong troubleshooting, communication & leadership skills
• 🛠️ Tech You’ll Work With:
• Microsoft Defender, WSUS, Print Services (MCSA)
• Very good understanding and hands on with EDR and XDR
• Expert level on Cybereason, Trellix, Wallix, Zscaler, F5
• Windows & Linux Admin
• Syncovery, Silvershield, SIOTH (Secure data transfer /backup/orchestration)
• Infoblox NTP and Secure Email Postfix
• Qlikview for reporting.

🌐 Languages:

• English (required) – B2+
• French (preferred) – B2+

🕒 Working Hours:

• 8 AM – 7 PM, aligned with French & Belgian business days
• On-call support for high-priority incidents (GOLD services)
