Lab Chemist

• Analyze raw materials and finished products for contaminants, composition, and consistency.
• Test samples to ensure adherence to food laws, labeling requirements, and safety standards (like HACCP).
• Investigate processing methods (canning, freezing) and troubleshoot issues in production.
• Conduct chemical analyses, perform sensory evaluations, and use specialized lab equipment.
