Lab Incharge – Seasoning & Flavors(Korangi Industriale Area)

We are seeking a dedicated Lab Incharge to oversee our Seasoning and Flavors laboratory. The ideal candidate will ensure quality, consistency, and compliance with all food safety standards while leading the lab team efficiently. Freshers with relevant educational background are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily laboratory operations for seasoning and flavors production.

Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards (HACCP, ISO, etc.).

Conduct tests, quality checks, and analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.

Maintain accurate lab records, reports, and documentation.

Train, guide, and manage lab staff to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Collaborate with production and R&D teams for product development and troubleshooting.

Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of lab instruments.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or related field.

# Freshers with strong educational background in relevant fields are welcome.

# Knowledge of food quality standards, testing methods, and laboratory practices is a plus.
