Shift: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Location: Landhi Industrial Area (Near Younus Chowrangi), Karachi

Salary: PKR 60 – 70,000 (based on experience)

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Polymer Science or a related field.

- 3‑5 years of hands‑on QA/QC experience in plastic‑film, packaging, polymer or chemical manufacturing.

- Proficient in laboratory testing, QMS/ISO documentation, audit readiness and CAPA processes.

- Able to work independently in a manufacturing environment with strong problem‑solving and reporting abilities.

- Candidates from Landhi, Korangi, Malir, Shah Faisal or Shah Latif areas are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee quality inspections of raw materials, in‑process production and finished goods.

- Ensure all processes follow SOPs, specifications and quality standards.

- Maintain and manage QMS documentation, internal audits and CAPA procedures.

- Identify quality deviations, conduct root‑cause analysis and implement corrective actions.

- Track quality KPIs, analyse defect trends and report rejection patterns.

- Assist R&D with trials, formulation improvements and evaluation of new materials.

- Collaborate with Production, Engineering and Procurement to resolve quality issues.

- Lead, train and supervise QC laboratory and shop‑floor staff.

- Maintain laboratory equipment, calibration records, certificates of analysis (COAs) and quality reports.
