Lab Manager

We’re Hiring: Lab Manager – Bangalore

Are you an experienced Lab Manager with a passion for quality control, team leadership, and compliance? Join our team and lead end-to-end laboratory operations while making a real impact in the healthcare space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily laboratory operations and manpower coordination.
• Oversee calibration and quality control for all laboratory instruments.
• Ensure compliance with NABL documentation and accreditation standards.
• Strategically assign technician duties and manage schedules for optimal performance.
• Generate detailed reports on lab performance and quality control for senior management.
• Mentor and train new lab staff to build a knowledgeable and cohesive team.
• Monitor and manage lab inventory and supply chain to ensure uninterrupted workflow.
• Collaborate with researchers and scientists for technical support and operational troubleshooting.
• Identify areas for process improvement and drive efficiency initiatives.
• Adhere to strict safety and biohazard protocols to maintain a secure laboratory environment.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Laboratory Technology, Medical Lab Science, or related field.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in clinical/diagnostic lab settings.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of NABH standards and documentation requirements.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Technical Skills:

• Operating Systems: Windows (2000/XP/7/8.1/10)
• Software: MS Office Suite, MS Outlook
• Proficiency in documentation, reporting, and lab information systems

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
