JOB SUMMARY:
Al Borg Diagnostics is excited to announce an opportunity for motivated individuals to join our team as Lab Specialists under the Tamheer Program in Riyadh. This role will provide valuable hands-on experience within the laboratory environment, supporting the delivery of high-quality diagnostic services.
As a Lab Specialist, you will assist in conducting various laboratory tests and analyses, contributing to our mission of enhancing healthcare outcomes through precise and timely laboratory services.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conduct laboratory tests and analyses as guided by supervising laboratory staff

Assist in specimen handling, processing, and preparation for testing

Support the maintenance of laboratory equipment, including cleaning and calibrating instruments

Adhere to safety and quality protocols in accordance with regulatory requirements

Document laboratory procedures and results accurately, ensuring compliance with established protocols

Participate in quality control and assurance activities as directed

Collaborate with other laboratory staff to maintain a smooth workflow and efficient processes

Assist in the educational and training activities of fellow team members

Perform other related tasks as assigned by supervisors to enhance laboratory operations
Requirements
Required Skills/Abilities:

Fresh graduates or candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or a related field

Strong interest in laboratory practices and diagnostic procedures

Familiarity with laboratory equipment and techniques is a plus, though not mandatory

Attention to detail and a commitment to upholding quality standards

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage tasks efficiently

SCFHS certification is required for eligibility in this program
Experience:

Previous internship or practical experience in a laboratory environment is preferred but not required
