Lab Technician

Relevant Experience:

• Diploma in Civil/Geotech Engineering
• 3-5 years’ experience as lab technician preferably in Dam works
• Strong knowledge of material standards, specifications, and lab testing procedures
• Willing to relocate to Site anywhere in Pakistan.
• Preferably from Balochistan.

Job Description:

• Collect and test construction materials such as soil, concrete, stone, aggregates, and steel.
• Perform tests like slump test, compaction test, sieve analysis, moisture content, cube/cylinder casting, hydrometer test, clay material testing, specific gravity test and Los Angeles (LA) Abrasion Test etc.
• Calibrate and maintain machines such as compression testing machine (CTM), ovens, sieves, and balances etc.
• Ensure all tests follow ASTM, AASHTO, BS, or project-specific standards.
