Lab Technician

Roles and Responsibilities

- Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests with accuracy and adherence to protocols

- Prepare and maintain equipment, lab instruments, and supplies efficiently

- Collect and process patient samples ensuring proper labeling and handling

- Maintain detailed records of tests performed and results for patient diagnosis

- Follow safety and hygiene standards to maintain a sterile laboratory environment

- Communicate effectively with doctors and healthcare professionals regarding test results and anomalies

- Adapt to flexible working hours and support shift rotations as needed

- Ensure timely reporting of results while maintaining confidentiality

- Participate in regular training and quality improvement activities

- Preferred Qualification: BSc MLT; Diploma MLT candidates with relevant experience considered

- Open to male and female candidates with willingness to shift to Atmakur location

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
