Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lab Technician to support our clinical and diagnostic operations at QHT Clinic, a leading hair transplant & restoration centre. The Lab Technician will be responsible for handling laboratory procedures, processing biological samples, maintaining equipment & records, and assisting clinical staff to ensure accurate and efficient patient care.

Key Responsibilities:Clinical & Laboratory Duties

• Perform routine laboratory tests and procedures as per clinic protocols.
• Prepare, collect, label, and process biological samples (blood, tissue, fluids) accurately.
• Operate, calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot lab instruments and equipment (centrifuges, microscopes, analyzers).
• Follow safety, hygiene, and bio-hazard waste management protocols within the lab area.
• Ensure quality control and integrity of test results through standardized procedures.

Documentation & Records

• Maintain accurate logs and records of all tests, samples, and reports
• Prepare and hand over lab reports to doctors/clinical team on time.
• Maintain inventory of lab reagents, consumables, and supplies; initiate restocking requests as needed.

Clinical Support

• Assist doctors, nurses, and technicians during diagnostic procedures when required.
• Support patient sample collection with professionalism and patient safety.
• Ensure confidentiality of patient data and results.

Qualifications & Skills:Educational Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT/BMLT), B.Sc in Life Sciences / Medical Lab Technology, or equivalent.

Experience

• Minimum 1–3 years experience in a clinical/diagnostic laboratory environment preferred

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of laboratory safety protocols and infection control.
• Ability to accurately handle and process samples, reagents, and lab tests.
• Proficiency in operating, maintaining, and calibrating lab equipment.

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail with high accuracy in documentation and results.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Strong organizational skills and time management.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time, clinical environment with adherence to hygiene and safety standards.(
• May involve handling biological specimens and clinical instruments.

Competitive salary based on experience and clinic norms.

Pay: ₹9,140.02 - ₹25,000.00 per month
