Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Laboratory Manager with a background in the manufacturing / Chemical to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will oversee laboratory operations, ensure product quality, and maintain compliance with industry and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily operations of the laboratory.
• Oversee product testing, sampling, and quality control processes.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulatory and international quality standards (ISO, ASTM, etc.).
• Develop and maintain laboratory SOPs and safety protocols.
• Analyze test results and provide technical reports to production and management teams.
• Coordinate with production, R&D, and quality assurance teams.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate laboratory staff.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and manage calibration schedules.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for audits and inspections.

Requirements:

• Master's/Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in a similar role within the UAE manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of additives, and physical/chemical testing.
• Familiarity with industry standards and laboratory best practices.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
