Role Overview

The QA/QC Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing quality assurance and quality control systems across Grid Properties’ projects. The role ensures compliance with ISO standards , local regulations, and company policies, while upholding the highest standards of construction quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor QA/QC policies, procedures, and manuals in line with ISO standards.
• Ensure all projects adhere to quality management systems , statutory requirements, and client expectations.
• Oversee inspection and testing activities for civil, architectural, and MEP works.
• Conduct internal audits and coordinate with external auditors for ISO certification and renewals.
• Manage material submittals, approvals, and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Lead QA/QC teams in conducting inspections, site surveillance, and ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
• Liaise with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to resolve quality-related issues.
• Provide technical guidance, training, and mentoring to site QA/QC engineers and inspectors.
• Prepare and submit QA/QC reports, NCRs, and corrective/preventive action plans .
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in construction processes and quality standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering .
• 8+ years of experience in QA/QC within the real estate or construction industry in the UAE/GCC.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and quality management systems.
• Proven track record of managing QA/QC in large-scale residential and commercial developments.
• Excellent understanding of UAE building codes, regulations, and international best practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• ISO Lead Auditor certification (preferred).
