Laboratory Sales Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Laboratory Sales Specialist to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of laboratory equipment, consumables, reagents, and services to research institutions, hospitals, educational facilities, and industrial laboratories across the region.

Essential Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of proven sales experience in the laboratory, scientific, medical devices, or healthcare industry.
• Driving License: A valid UAE Driving License is mandatory (a must-have requirement) to effectively cover the assigned territory and meet clients.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Biomedical Engineering, or similar) is preferred.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with common laboratory equipment (e.g., spectrophotometers, centrifuges, PCR machines) and consumables is a significant advantage.
• Location: Current residence in or willingness to relocate to Dubai/UAE.
• Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (Arabic is a plus).

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets for the designated product portfolio and territory (Dubai and Northern Emirates).
• Market Development: Proactively identify and acquire new clients (laboratories, R&D centers, quality control units) through cold calling, networking, and field visits.
• Client Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, providing excellent after-sales support and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Product Expertise: Maintain up-to-date, in-depth technical knowledge of all products, specifications, and competitive advantages to effectively consult with clients.
• Proposal Generation: Prepare and present professional sales proposals, quotations, and tender responses tailored to client requirements.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to provide feedback to the management team.
• Reporting: Accurately manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and activities using the company's CRM system and submit regular reports.
