Laboratory Technologist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Laboratory Technologist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical abilities and a commitment to maintaining high standards of laboratory operations.

Position Overview: As a Lab Technologist, you will be responsible for conducting various laboratory tests and procedures while ensuring accuracy and compliance with established protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive laboratory tests, experiments, and procedures in accordance with established protocols and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Handle laboratory equipment maintenance and calibration to ensure optimal performance
• Conduct phlebotomy procedures with precision and patient care
• Manage and maintain laboratory supplies and inventory
• Document and maintain accurate records of test results and procedures
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree or Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) Degree preferred
• 3-4 years of hands-on experience in a laboratory setting
• Strong understanding of laboratory procedures and protocols
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in operating laboratory equipment and instruments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of safety protocols and quality control procedures
• Laboratory setting workplace, may require rotating shifts.
• Full-time position
