Labour Camp Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the labour camp, including accommodation, housekeeping, kitchen, laundry, and recreational areas
• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of common areas such as bathrooms, toilets, and corridors
• Monitor and control entry/exit of workers; maintain ID verification protocols
• Enforce camp rules regarding smoking, alcohol, and cooking inside rooms
• Maintain discipline and resolve disputes among residents
• Ensure proper functioning of utilities like water supply, electricity, and generators
• Conduct regular inspections of fire safety equipment and emergency exits
• Maintain records of occupancy, maintenance requests, and disciplinary actions
• Coordinate with HR and site teams for worker movements and welfare
• Respond promptly to complaints and emergencies within the camp

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,300.00 per month
