Labour Supervisor (Cholistan)

Location: Cholistan Desert Region (Mauj Garh / Other Nearby Areas)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Labour Supervisor to oversee field workers and support operational activities across remote desert sites in Cholistan. The role requires strong coordination, field management, and worker supervision skills, especially in challenging desert conditions. The candidate will be responsible for managing labour teams, ensuring task completion, maintaining discipline, and supporting smooth site operations.

Key Responsibilities:Labour Management

· Supervise daily work of labourers involved in field, construction, livestock support, or community operations (depending on project).

· Assign duties and ensure timely completion of tasks in desert field conditions.

· Monitor attendance, punctuality, and discipline of all labour staff.

· Train and guide workers on safe and efficient work practices.

Field Coordination

· Ensure labour teams reach designated field locations (deras, camps, or project sites) on time.

· Maintain communication with field officers, project managers, or supervisors.

· Coordinate work schedules based on weather conditions, mobility, and availability of resources in Cholistan.

Operational Support

· Arrange and manage tools, equipment, and materials required for daily work.

· Assist in smooth execution of project activities such as construction, plantation, livestock support, water facility maintenance, or community tasks.

· Resolve minor issues or conflicts among labourers.

Record Keeping

· Maintain daily attendance sheets and work progress reports.

· Report labour performance and any operational challenges to line managers.

· Ensure safety protocols and compliance with organizational procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements:

· Minimum Matric / Intermediate education; higher qualification is a plus.

· 2–3 years of experience supervising labour teams (field or construction preferred).

· Ability to manage teams in tough desert environments.

· Strong communication and leadership skills.

· Physically fit and able to travel across remote Cholistan areas.

· Experience working with local communities and desert work culture preferred.

Skills (Preferred):

· Knowledge of desert terrain and Cholistan field conditions.

· Ability to handle emergencies and manage labour mobility in extreme weather.

· Problem-solving skills and confidence in decision-making.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
