Labourer

We are seeking a skilled Architectural Metal Installer with hands-on experience in architectural/construction preferably in decorative and structural metalwork for facades and partitions. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, the ability to read technical drawings, and a solid background in metal installation, especially within the UAE. Experience with Mashrabiya or similar decorative systems is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:

• Install metal components (screens, panels, cladding, partitions) as per specs.
• Read and follow architectural/shop drawings and on-site instructions.
• Measure, mark, and prep materials with precision and clean finish.
• Use power/hand tools safely and efficiently.
• Work with aluminum, stainless steel, and coated metals.
• Ensure proper alignment, spacing, and secure fixing.
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and trades for smooth installs.
• Follow all health and safety protocols.

Requirements:

• 3–6years UAE experience in architectural/ constructional metal installation (facades, decorative metal).
• Experience with Mashrabiya or decorative façades is a plus.
• Able to read technical drawings accurately.
• Skilled in measuring, cutting, fixing, welding and aligning.
• Physically fit; able to work at heights/scaffolding.
• High attention to detail and quality.
