Land Acquisition Executive / Land Acquisition Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and well-connected Land Acquisition Professional who can identify, evaluate and acquire lands suitable for residential layouts, gated communities and commercial development. The ideal candidate should have strong market knowledge, good negotiation skills and strong relationships with landowners, brokers, and surveyors.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify suitable land parcels for residential and commercial development.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners, brokers, agents and real estate consultants.
• Conduct site visits and evaluate the feasibility of land based on location, market value, access, legal & development potential.
• Coordinate with surveyors and legal team to verify documents, FMB, EC, Patta & other land records.
• Evaluate pricing, negotiate land value and arrive at mutually beneficial agreements.
• Track new and upcoming land opportunities in and around Coimbatore & outskirts.
• Prepare project proposals and land feasibility reports for management approval.
• Follow up continuously until land deal closure and registration.
• support management in due diligence and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in land acquisition / real estate / property sourcing / liaison.
• Strong network with landowners, brokers, village officials & local authorities.
• Excellent negotiation and convincing skills.
• Good understanding of land legal documents, measurements, DTCP rules & RERA norms.
• Ability to travel frequently for site visits and field discussions.
• Two-wheeler and driving license preferred.
