Job Description / Responsibilities:
- Conduct land due diligence — verify ownership, encumbrances, mutation, and litigation status.
- Examine RS (Revisional Survey) records, Khatian, Plot/Daag numbers, and prepare Title History.
- Draft and review Sale Deeds, Lease Deeds, Gift Deeds, Power of Attorney, and other land-related documents.
- Coordinate with Sub-Registrar Offices, BLRO/Tehsil offices, and Survey Departments.
- Prepare Title Reports / Title Search Notes based on RS and previous deeds.
- Maintain updated land record registers and digital archives for all properties.
- Support in land acquisition, conversion, and mutation processes.
Required Skills:
- Sound knowledge of Land & Revenue Laws.
- Due Diligence preparation and title verification expertise.
- Deed Drafting (sale, lease, mortgage, gift, etc.).
- Title History Preparation from RS and mutation chain.
- Familiarity with Registration Process and government land portals.
- Strong documentation and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
