Land Record & Legal Executive

Job Description / Responsibilities:

  • Conduct land due diligence — verify ownership, encumbrances, mutation, and litigation status.
  • Examine RS (Revisional Survey) records, Khatian, Plot/Daag numbers, and prepare Title History.
  • Draft and review Sale Deeds, Lease Deeds, Gift Deeds, Power of Attorney, and other land-related documents.
  • Coordinate with Sub-Registrar Offices, BLRO/Tehsil offices, and Survey Departments.
  • Prepare Title Reports / Title Search Notes based on RS and previous deeds.
  • Maintain updated land record registers and digital archives for all properties.
  • Support in land acquisition, conversion, and mutation processes.

Required Skills:

  • Sound knowledge of Land & Revenue Laws.
  • Due Diligence preparation and title verification expertise.
  • Deed Drafting (sale, lease, mortgage, gift, etc.).
  • Title History Preparation from RS and mutation chain.
  • Familiarity with Registration Process and government land portals.
  • Strong documentation and coordination skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
