Land Surveyor

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct land, boundary, topographic, and construction surveys using GPS, total stations, and other surveying instruments.
• Good coordinator & involve drawings.
• Prepare and maintain sketches, maps, reports, and legal descriptions of surveys.
• Interpret survey data and compile notes, sketches, and records of survey results.
• Determine property boundaries and provide data for construction, land development, and legal documentation.
• Collaborate with civil engineers, architects, and construction managers to support project planning and execution.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry standards.
• Operate and maintain survey equipment and tools.
• Perform quality control checks and ensure the accuracy of all survey data.
• Utilize software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or GIS to process survey data and generate plans.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Surveying, Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in land surveying or a related discipline.
• Proficiency with surveying instruments and software (e.g., GPS, total station, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS).
• Strong understanding of land use laws, property boundaries, and zoning regulations.
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
• Valid driver’s license (if fieldwork is required).
• Professional surveyor license (PLS) or equivalent certification is a plus.
