Land Surveyor

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct land surveys and measurements for roadworks, utilities, and infrastructure projects.
• Prepare topographic, boundary, and as-built survey reports and drawings.
• Establish, maintain, and verify survey control points and benchmarks.
• Use surveying instruments such as Total Station, GPS, Auto Level, and related software.
• Interpret construction drawings and provide necessary layout information to site engineers.
• Ensure accuracy in setting out alignments, levels, elevations, and grades for road construction works.
• Monitor and verify subcontractor’s survey works and provide approvals.
• Maintain proper records of survey data, calculations, and site observations.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and consultants to resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety, and quality standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or Surveying.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in land surveying within roads and construction projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and surveying software.
• Strong knowledge of survey equipment (Total Station, GPS, Auto Level).
• Good understanding of road alignments, levels, and earthworks.
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
