  • Site Measurement: Measuring property lines, topographical features, and construction sites using tools like Cosmolabe, Alidade, and GPS.
  • Data Collection & Analysis: Collecting field data, analyzing it, and performing mathematical calculations to create precise maps, charts, and reports.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Preparing and presenting reports that detail findings, legal boundaries, and other relevant information to clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with architects, engineers, project managers, and government agencies to ensure projects meet specifications and regulations.
  • Technology Integration: Utilizing and maintaining various surveying equipment, as well as utilizing modern technologies like drones, virtual reality, and big data for mapping and analysis.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of survey data and verifying that surveys comply with building safety regulations and legal guidelines.

Required Skills
