Land Surveyor

Key Responsibilities:

• Measuring land, boundaries, and natural/man-made features using specialized equipment (e.g., GPS, total station, drones).
• Preparing maps, plats, and reports for property boundaries and construction projects.
• Providing data for engineering design, construction planning, and legal documentation.
• Ensuring compliance with local laws, property records, and zoning regulations.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of mathematics and geometry.
• Proficiency in surveying software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS).
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication for reporting and explaining findings.
