Land Surveyor

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out site setting out (stack out) for buildings, roads, utilities, and infrastructure works as per approved drawings.
• Perform checking and verification of levels, alignments, and coordinates during all stages of construction.
• Handle topographical, contour, and as-built surveys and prepare related documentation.
• Coordinate and supervise all survey-related activities on site, including subcontractors if any.
• Preparation and maintenance of as-built drawings and survey records.
• Coordinate with project engineers, consultants, and contractors for survey data and layout requirements.
• Carry out utility surveys including water supply, sewerage, storm water drainage, and pipeline alignments (vertical & horizontal).
• Perform area and quantity calculations for earthwork, structures, and pavements.
• Use CAD software for import/export of DXF & DGN files, drawing preparation, and coordinate transformation.
• Report discrepancies and prepare future change notifications as required.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality requirements at site.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
