Land Surveyor

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform site surveys and set out works according to design drawings

* Measure and record site dimensions, elevations, and levels

* Prepare survey reports and as-built drawings

* Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and site teams

* Ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards

Requirements:

* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field

* Minimum 2 years of experience as a Surveyor in construction projects

* Proficiency in surveying instruments and software (Total Station, AutoCAD, GPS, etc.)

* Strong understanding of construction methods and site practices

* Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills

* Experience in UAE/Gulf construction projects.
