Job Vacancy: Land Surveyor (Construction Exp. & Proficient in Auto CAD)

We are seeking a skilled Land Surveyor with proven experience in the construction industry and strong proficiency in AutoCAD. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting site surveys, setting out project locations, preparing survey reports and drawings, and ensuring accurate measurements in accordance with project specifications.

Key Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Land Surveyor in construction projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and survey equipment such as Total Station, GPS, and Level Instruments.
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, site layouts, and surveying techniques.
• Ability to prepare survey reports, calculations, and as-built drawings.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform land and construction site surveys.
• Establish and verify project control points and benchmarks.
• Prepare survey data, drawings, and reports using AutoCAD.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and site teams.
• Ensure accuracy of measurements and compliance with project requirements.
