Land Surveyor (UAE Infra Experience Only)

China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation Middle East – Dubai Branch is looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to join our infrastructure project team in Dubai.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in road, bridge, utility, and infrastructure construction projects and should be able to handle site surveying activities independently as per project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out land surveying works for roads, bridges, utilities, and infrastructure projects.
• Conduct setting out, levelling, alignment, and topographic survey works at site.
• Prepare and verify survey data, coordinates, levels, and site measurements.
• Use total station, GPS, auto level, and other survey equipment accurately.
• Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, and construction teams for daily survey requirements.
• Ensure all survey works are completed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project standards.
• Maintain proper survey records, reports, and as-built data.
• Support the preparation of as-built drawings and site measurement records.
• Follow project HSE requirements and ensure safe working practices at site.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Land Surveyor in infrastructure construction projects.
• UAE/GCC experience is preferred.
• Experience in roads, bridges, utilities, underpasses, and infrastructure projects will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of survey instruments such as Total Station, GPS, Auto Level, etc.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Candidate must be available in the UAE.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
