Responsibilities

We are seeking an organized and efficient Laundry Assistant Manager to join our team in Riyadh Saudi this role you will support the Laundry Manager in overseeing daily operations ensuring high-quality service and maintaining a smooth workflow in our laundry facility.

  • Assist in managing daily laundry operations and staff scheduling
  • Supervise and train laundry attendants to maintain high standards of cleanliness and efficiency
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
  • Ensure proper operation and maintenance of laundry equipment
  • Implement and enforce health and safety regulations in the laundry facility
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner
  • Collaborate with other departments to meet the laundry needs of the organization
  • Assist in developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency
  • Prepare reports on laundry operations productivity and quality metrics
  • Fill in for the Laundry Manager in their absence
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • 2-3 years of experience in laundry operations or hospitality industry
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Proficiency in operating and maintaining various laundry equipment
  • Strong knowledge of laundry processes and textile care
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Proficient in basic computer skills including MS Office and laundry management software
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations in laundry operations
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
  • Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus

As a Laundry Assistant Manager you will be a key part of the operations team responsible for ensuring that laundry processes run at the highest levels of quality and efficiency. You will support the Laundry Manager in overseeing all stages of work within the laundry department from receiving linens and garments through cleaning drying and pressing to timely distribution and delivery.

Your responsibilities include monitoring workflow ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards effectively managing the team and resolving operational issues to guarantee customer satisfaction and quality adherence.
