About the Role
Our client is a highly respected, design-driven studio specializing in bespoke residential architecture, interiors, and landscapes. The landscape team plays a central role in shaping the overall design vision, delivering deeply crafted outdoor environments in tropical and coastal settings.
This is an on-site role based in Florida. Candidates must be open to relocating to the studio’s specific location within the state (details shared during the interview process).
What You’ll Be Working On

Ultra-custom, high-end residential landscape projects

Landscapes integrated with architecture and interiors
-
Elaborate pools, water features, and outdoor living environments
-
Highly detailed custom hardscape elements, carpentry, masonry, metal, and stone
-
One-of-a-kind designs executed with specialty trades and fabricators
Key Responsibilities

Lead up to five complex, multi-million-dollar projects simultaneously
-
Take ownership of projects from concept through construction completion

Produce and review
highly detailed construction documentation
, with a strong focus on buildability and craft
-
Develop precise details for custom carpentry, masonry, water features, hardscape systems, and specialty elements

Manage consultants, contractors, and specialty trades during construction
-
Conduct design reviews and construction site coordination
-
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients

Collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, and the broader studio team
Must-Have Experience
-
4–7 years of professional experience in
high-end residential or luxury commercial landscape design
-
Demonstrated expertise in
construction detailing
for: Custom carpentry and built-ins, Masonry and stonework, Pools, fountains, and water features, Complex hardscape assemblies

Strong 3D modeling and visualization experience

Proven ability to manage clients, schedules, and construction processes

Experience overseeing construction and responding to field conditions

Deep knowledge of tropical and coastal plant palettes

Ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple active projects

Confidence owning day-to-day project responsibilities
Nice to Have

Professional licensure (or active pursuit of licensure)

Financial support provided for licensure, with compensation adjustment upon completion

Experience with Archicad (preferred but not required)
Travel Expectations

Primarily short, day-trip travel throughout Florida and to Caribbean islands
