Landscape Architect

Perfect Technical Works & Landscaping LLC (PTWL) is seeking a creative and motivated Landscape Architect with 2+ years of relevant experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will contribute to concept design, client coordination, project development, and design delivery for high-quality landscaping projects across residential, commercial, and recreational sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop innovative landscape concept designs based on client discussions and project requirements
• Prepare and deliver client presentations including concept drawings, perspectives, area calculations, and preliminary feasibility studies
• Prepare pre-concept landscape designs and proposals
• Manage and follow up on preliminary and final design submissions
• Plan, direct, and coordinate project activities to ensure completion within defined timelines and budgets
• Create high-quality 3D renderings and models as required by project scope
• Develop interior layout plans, including furniture layout options where applicable
• Lead and coordinate design teams from schematic design through detailed design phases
• Plan and schedule meetings with clients, developers, and consultants to provide design updates
• Review shop drawings related to architectural and landscape works
• Ensure all designs meet project specifications, scope of work, and delivery timelines

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch), Master’s Degree (M.Arch), or B.Sc. in Architecture
• 3–4 years of post-qualification experience, with at least 2–3 recent years focused on landscaping projects
• Strong concept design capability with demonstrated creative portfolio
• Passionate, creative, and detail-oriented design approach
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with 3D modeling and rendering software (additional 3D tools preferred)
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
