About the Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Landscape Architect with 2–3 years of UAE experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in landscape design, drafting, project coordination, and site supervision for residential, commercial, and public realm projects within the UAE.

The candidate must be capable of handling projects from concept design to execution while ensuring compliance with local authority regulations and project standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare conceptual landscape designs and detailed construction drawings.
• Develop softscape, hardscape, irrigation, and lighting layouts.
• Prepare mood boards, material presentations, and design proposals.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor landscape installation works.
• Ensure project execution is as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Prepare BOQ, quantity take-offs, material specifications, and technical documents.
• Review shop drawings, material submissions, and method statements.
• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors for material approvals.
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and progress reporting.
• Ensure compliance with UAE municipality regulations and safety standards.
• Support project managers in design development and project execution.
• Attend project meetings and prepare progress updates.
• Resolve technical and site-related issues effectively.
• Maintain project documentation and records.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture or related discipline.
• 2–3 years of UAE experience in landscape architecture or landscape construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of UAE landscape standards, authority requirements, and site practices.
• Proficiency in:
• AutoCAD
• SketchUp
• Lumion / Enscape / 3D visualization software
• Adobe Photoshop
• MS Office
• Knowledge of:
• Softscape and planting design
• Hardscape materials and detailing
• Irrigation systems
• UAE Driving License is preferred.
