Landscape Architect

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Landscape Architect to join our design and construction team, responsible for delivering high‑quality landscape concepts, technical packages, and coordinated project documentation. The ideal candidate brings strong creativity, technical precision, and hands‑on Revit capability to support projects from concept through construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Landscape design development — Create concept, schematic, and detailed landscape designs for residential, commercial, and public‑realm projects.
• Revit modelling & documentation — Produce and manage detailed Revit models, drawings, and coordinated BIM documentation.
• Prepare hardscape and softscape layouts, planting plans, material specifications, and construction details.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP teams, and contractors to ensure design intent is maintained.
• Conduct site analysis, prepare design studies, and support value‑engineering exercises.
• Review shop drawings, respond to RFIs, and support site teams during construction.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, sustainability standards, and project requirements.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in landscape design within consultancy, design‑build, or construction environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit (mandatory), plus strong skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion/Enscape, and Adobe Suite.
• Solid understanding of construction detailing, materials, irrigation coordination, and site implementation.
• Strong communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
• Experience working on UAE/GCC landscape projects.
• Knowledge of BIM workflows and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
