Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces through various landscaping and groundskeeping tasks. This position requires a passion for outdoor work, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform lawn care activities including landscaping, edging, and trimming to ensure well-maintained landscapes.
• Engage in groundskeeping tasks such as planting, watering, and maintaining flower beds and shrubs.
• Utilize hand tools effectively for digging, building, and other landscaping projects.
• Provide tree care services including pruning and removal as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety standards.
• Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition through regular cleaning and servicing.

Requirements

• Previous experience in landscaping is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to operate hand tools and machinery safely and effectively.
• Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
• A keen eye for detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
