At Jack Ryan Landscaping, you will play a crucial part in maintaining and enhancing the beauty of our clients' properties. You will perform a variety of tasks in landscaping and maintenance, contributing to the overall aesthetic and functional quality of outdoor spaces.

Compensation: $18-$23 per hour

Primary Responsibilities:

• Gardening services, including ornamental pruning, hedging, edging, weeding, and mulching
• Planting B&B trees, shrubs, perennials and annuals
• Labor tasks during large landscape construction projects
• General labor
• Assistance with property maintenance tasks such as seasonal cleanups, gardening.

What Jack Ryan Landscaping is Looking For:

• Prior experience with landscape installations, including lawns, gardens, and hardscapes
• Experience with plant identification, pruning, and proper gardening care
• Ability to travel to and from work reliably
• Competent in driving a truck and trailer combo
• Prior experience plowing snow from residential and commercial accounts along a predefined route during snow events (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail when tending to landscapes and properties
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Valid, clean driver’s license (no accidents or tickets for the past 5 years)

Schedule:

• 8 to 10 hour days

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

Experience:

• Landscape maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
