Responsibilities

• Perform lawn care duties including mowing, trimming, and edging to maintain pristine landscapes.
• Execute landscape maintenance tasks such as planting, weeding, and mulching.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for various landscaping projects.
• Assist in hardscape installations including patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
• Conduct tree care activities including tree trimming and removal as needed.
• Manage irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants and lawns.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to safety protocols.
• Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition through regular cleaning and basic maintenance.
• Operating tools and equipment safely and efficiently
• Collaborating with teammates to deliver exceptional results
• Communicating respectfully with clients and representing our brand with pride

Skills

• Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
• Experience in lawn care practices and landscape maintenance techniques.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and operating excavators safely.
• Familiarity with horticulture principles to promote healthy plant growth.
• Knowledge of gardening practices including planting, pruning, and pest management.
• Ability to perform construction tasks related to hardscaping projects.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
• Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented
• Comfortable working outdoors and getting your hands dirty
• Detail-driven with a strong work ethic
• Landscaping experience is great—but we’re happy to train the right person

This is a full-time position with hours from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
