Landscape Crew Member

We are currently hiring a dependable, hard-working Landscape Helper to join our growing team. This is an entry-level, hands-on position designed for someone who wants more than just a job. We are looking for individuals who want to learn the trade, grow with the company, and work toward advancement—including the opportunity to step into a Crew Lead role as you prove your reliability, skill, and leadership.

From brush hogging and land management to lawn care, Green Fin Turf Management, and landscape improvements, the work is physical, sometimes tough, but always rewarding. At the end of the day, you can look back and see exactly what you accomplished.

Physical Requirements & Expectations

This is a physically active outdoor position and requires team members who are ready to work in all seasons. Applicants should be able to:

• Lift and carry 50+ pounds consistently
• Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the day
• Bend, kneel, squat, and twist repeatedly
• Work in heat, humidity, cold, and light rain
• Load and unload equipment and materials from trucks and trailers
• Operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other power tools safely
• Maintain stamina for full workdays that involve continuous physical labor

Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic are required. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are a plus. Experience is helpful but not required—we are willing to train the right person who shows initiative and takes pride in their work.
