Job SummaryLandvisions is a family oriented firm that provides design/build landscape services including commercial and residential landscape services, irrigation, snow removal, maintenance and management services.

What you’ll do

• Collaborate with clients to develop innovative landscape designs that meet their vision and requirements.
• Utilize software tools such to create detailed design plans and presentations.
• Conduct site assessments, including land surveying and analysis of existing conditions, to inform your designs.
• Prepare construction documents and specifications for hardscape elements, planting plans, and irrigation systems.
• Oversee project management from conception through completion, ensuring timelines are met and quality standards are upheld.
• Coordinate with contractors during the construction phase to ensure designs are executed accurately.
• Perform landscape maintenance assessments post-installation to ensure sustainability and longevity of designs.
• Stay updated on industry trends, horticulture practices, and sustainable design techniques.

Basic qualifications

• Proficiency in design software such as Pro Landscape Design software is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of horticulture principles and landscape maintenance practices.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
