Landscape Enhancement Manager

Balanced Environments, LLC. , a leading area landscape and snow removal contractor seeks a motivated individual as a Landscape Enhancement Manager and lead the transformation of outdoor spaces into vibrant, sustainable, and aesthetically stunning environments. In this dynamic role, you will oversee all aspects of landscape enhancement projects, ensuring high-quality execution from planning through completion. Your expertise will inspire teams, coordinate with clients and vendors, and drive innovative landscaping solutions that elevate our community’s natural beauty. Duties

- Source all needed materials for branch operations including enhancement projects, irrigation projects, snow removal and landscape maintenance.

- Coordinate the logistics of material pickups and deliveries.

- Perform material allocations to ensure proper job costs.

- Review T&M billing with department Superintendents so that billing is completed on time.

- Manage branch material inventory.

- Build and maintain relationships with vendors and subcontractors for land and snow operations.

- Assist branch admin team with AP and vendor management.

- Assist Branch Manager with organizing quality control sheets, quality site reports, inventory sheets, and other information needed for crew incentives.

- Assist Branch Manager with monthly financial reporting and forecasting.

- Train and monitor field supervisors as they transition the team to electronic timesheets.

- Pull together weather information for snow recaps that are sent to clients.

- Create & make changes to schedule board for all enhancement and irrigation projects.

- Assist Account Managers with estimate creation & pricing.

- Other duties to be assigned based on individual experience and Branch Manager discretion.

- Assist with snow subcontractor management including invoicing and AP management. Skills

  • Extensive experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping design, and horticulture practices.
  • Proven supervising experience leading teams through complex projects with precision and motivation.
  • Strong knowledge of lawn care techniques, irrigation systems, tree care practices, and gardening fundamentals.
  • Background in construction processes related to outdoor environments including grading and hardscape installation.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams and foster collaboration among diverse stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with plant health management, pest control strategies, and sustainable landscaping methods.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $87,000.00 per year
