Landscape Laborer

Overview
Join our team as a Landscape Laborer and be a vital part of creating beautiful, functional outdoor spaces! In this role, you'll assist with a wide range of landscaping, land clearing, and excavation tasks, ensuring our projects are executed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist with landscape maintenance activities such as mowing, trimming, and pruning trees
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment including chainsaws, weed wacker, mini skid
• Support hardscape projects by installing retaining walls
• Maintain equipment by performing basic repairs and cleaning after use to ensure safety and longevity
• Follow safety protocols at all times while working with machinery like excavators or power tools and during tree care or landscaping

Experience

• Prior experience in landscaping, tree care or related construction work is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided
• Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with land management equipment such as chainsaws, mini skids, or lawn mowers is a plus
• Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently is essential
• Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn new skills
• Physical stamina to perform outdoor tasks in various weather conditions for extended periods

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 40.0 per week
