T & T Landscape & Fence Company is seeking a dependable, hard-working Landscape Laborer to join our team. We are a locally owned and operated company serving the Ohio Valley, and we are looking for individuals who take pride in physical work, teamwork, and producing clean, professional results.

This position is hands-on and outdoors. If you enjoy staying active, working with a crew, and seeing immediate results from your effort, this may be the right fit.

Job Responsibilities

Daily responsibilities may include:

• Lawn mowing (commercial and residential)
• String trimming and edging
• Mulching and bed preparation
• Planting shrubs, flowers, and small trees
• Leaf removal and seasonal cleanups
• Property detailing and finishing work
• Sidewalk and hard surface cleanup
• Gutter cleaning (when required)
• General yard and property maintenance
• Loading/unloading equipment and materials
• Maintaining clean, organized job sites

This role requires flexibility. Work tasks may shift throughout the day based on weather, client needs, and scheduling.

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable and punctual
• Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs
• Comfortable working outdoors in heat and varying weather
• Ability to follow direction and work as part of a team
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Valid driver’s license preferred (not required but a plus)
• Prior landscaping experience preferred but not required

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
