Landscape Laborer

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Landscape Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong understanding of landscape maintenance and care. This role involves various tasks related to landscaping, lawn care, and horticulture, ensuring that our projects meet the highest standards of quality and aesthetics.

Responsibilities

• Perform landscape maintenance duties including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and machinery such as excavators for various landscaping tasks.
• Assist in the installation and maintenance of irrigation systems.
• Engage in tree care activities including tree trimming and removal as needed.
• Participate in hardscape projects such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
• Conduct snow plowing during winter months to maintain safe access to properties.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools and work areas.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

• Proven experience in landscaping or related fields is preferred.
• Mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various landscaping equipment.
• Familiarity with lawn care techniques, landscape maintenance practices, and gardening principles.
• Experience with irrigation systems and horticulture is a plus.
• Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
