Overview
We are seeking an Experienced Landscaper to join our dynamic team. This role involves performing a variety of landscaping and maintenance tasks to create and sustain beautiful, functional outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscape maintenance, gardening, and construction-related activities, with a focus on quality workmanship and safety. Prior experience with tools & equipment, is essential for success in this position.

Duties

• Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, and trimming to maintain healthy and attractive lawns.
• Conduct landscape maintenance such as planting, pruning, tree care, and shrubbery management.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery including excavators for various landscaping projects.
• Provide snow plowing services during winter months to ensure safety and accessibility.
• Assist with construction activities related to landscape design or renovation projects.
• Maintain equipment through routine cleaning and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal operation.
• Follow safety protocols during all operations to prevent accidents or injuries on site.

Skills

• Mechanical knowledge related to landscaping equipment and power tools.
• Extensive experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, and gardening techniques.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery such as excavators.
• Ability to perform landscaping tasks involving hardscape installation and snow plowing.
• Knowledge of irrigation systems maintenance.
• Excellent skills in tree trimming, mowing, and general landscape.
• Construction experience beneficial for site preparation or structural projects.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team with a focus on quality results and safety compliance.
