Title: General Landscaper

Overview

Evergreen Turf Products is seeking a skilled and reliable Landscaper to join our elite team specializing turf installations at our luxury pool building sites. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, thrives in outdoor environments, and understands the importance of detail in high-end residential projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and grade terrain around pool and spa for hardscaping and turf installs
• Assist with the installation of, mulch, decorative stone, and plantings and Artificial Turf and hardscaping with precision
• Operate equipment (e.g., stand behind skid steers, trenchers, compactors) safely and efficiently
• Assist with hardscape elements such as pavers, retaining walls, and edging
• Ensure all work meets design specifications and site plans
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Collaborate with construction crews to coordinate project timelines
• Uphold company's commitment to quality, professionalism, and veteran-owned values

Qualifications

• 2+ years of landscaping or hardscaping experience preferred
• Familiarity with grading, drainage, and irrigation systems
• Ability to read site plans and follow layout instructions
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying weather conditions
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
