Job Summary
We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Landscape Maintenance Technicians to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces through lawn care, landscape upkeep, and various groundskeeping tasks. Your enthusiasm and commitment will help us deliver exceptional service to our clients while developing your skills in landscaping and horticulture.

Responsibilities

• Perform lawn mowing, edging, trimming, and fertilization to ensure healthy, vibrant turf.
• Maintain landscape features including planting beds, shrubs, trees, and hardscape elements such as patios and walkways.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment such as excavators and irrigation systems safely and efficiently.
• Conduct tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and removal with proper techniques.
• Assist with snow plowing during winter months to keep properties accessible and safe.
• Support landscape installation projects by preparing sites, planting new greenery, and installing hardscape features.
• Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Experience

• Prior experience with lawn care, landscaping, or groundskeeping is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
• Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with power tools, hand tools, and landscaping equipment is a plus.
• Knowledge of horticulture practices, irrigation systems, tree care, and snow plowing techniques is advantageous.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards.
• Strong teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills in construction, gardening, and landscape maintenance. Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
