Landscape Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Landscape Maintenance Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in hardscape maintenance and a proactive approach to preserving and enhancing outdoor environments. Experience in Hardscape construction will be considered a significant advantage, allowing for a comprehensive understanding of landscape integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform inspection, repair, and maintenance of hardscape elements including pavers, retaining walls, walkways, and drainage systems
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to irrigation systems, lighting, and other landscape infrastructure
• Execute routine horticultural maintenance tasks such as pruning, planting, and turf care
• Collaborate on landscape enhancement projects, potentially utilizing softscape construction experience
• Ensure all work complies with company standards, safety protocols, and client specifications
• Operate and perform basic maintenance on landscape tools and equipment
  
  

Requirements

• Proven professional experience in landscape maintenance, with a strong emphasis on hardscape repair and preservation
• Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and drainage principles for hardscapes
• Knowledge of plant materials, horticultural practices, and irrigation systems
• A significant advantage: Hands-on experience in Hardscape and softscape construction
• Ability to read and interpret basic landscape plans is a plus
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively both independently and within a team
